Every job is quoted at a fixed price, in writing, before work starts; there is no hourly billing. ## Questions ### Data, security and confidentiality Is our data used to train AI models? No. Every system runs on Claude under Anthropic's business terms, which don't use your prompts, files or results to train models unless you choose to opt in. We never use a free or personal AI account for client work, because those plans can allow training. Where is our data stored? In your own Claude account, which you hold in your business's name. On Claude's standard business plans, your data is stored in the United States. If it has to stay in Australia, for example health records or government work, we build on Claude through Amazon Web Services, which keeps the processing in its Sydney and Melbourne regions. That route suits custom systems rather than the everyday Claude apps, and we'll tell you which fits on the first call. Who can see our information? Your team, and only the people you choose. You own the accounts and hold the admin rights. We work inside them with the access you give us for the job, and you can remove that access at any time. Will you keep what we share confidential? Yes. What you show us about your business, your clients and your pricing is used only to build your system. It is never shared, and never reused for anyone else. We're happy to sign your non-disclosure agreement before you share anything, or to provide ours. How do you keep the systems secure? Everything is built in accounts you own, and each automation gets only the access it needs to do its job. Data rules are part of every build: what stays private, who sees what, and what a person checks before anything goes out. Passwords and logins stay in each service's own sign-in; they are never written into a document or an instruction for Claude. Anthropic, the company behind Claude, holds SOC 2 and ISO 27001 security certifications. Can we keep some information out of AI completely? Yes. Part of every build is deciding what Claude may and may not see. Sensitive records, such as staff health details or a client's financials, can be kept out entirely, or reached only through a step a person approves. Does the Privacy Act apply to using AI? If your business is covered by the Privacy Act, the same rules apply to personal information you put into an AI tool as anywhere else. Most small businesses are exempt, but health providers are covered whatever their size. We build to the Australian Privacy Principles either way, and follow the privacy regulator's guidance on using commercial AI products. What happens to our data if we stop working with you? It stays where it already is: in your accounts. You remove our access, and anything we hold for you, such as your audit logs, is returned or deleted when you ask. Every automation has a written guide, so your team can keep running it or switch it off. ### Working with us How much does an AI consultant cost in Perth? The AI Opportunity Call is free. Everything after it, from the AI Opportunity Audit to a full Claude operating-system build, is quoted at a fixed price, in writing, before any work starts. There is no hourly billing. Will Claude work with the software we already use? Usually, yes. Claude connects to Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and many common business tools. We check that a connection exists for your accounting or job-management software before we quote, and price any custom connection as its own line. What happens if something breaks? Every automation is built to fall back to the way you do it now, so work never stops. Care plan clients get a reply the same evening and a fix within two business days. Do we need to know anything about AI first? No. We start from how your business runs, not from the technology. Your team gets a guide for each automation and a recorded walk-through when it goes live. Why Claude? Claude is strong at reading and writing long documents carefully, which is most of what tendering, quoting, reporting and compliance work involves. Where a client is set up on Microsoft Copilot or ChatGPT, we can work with that too.
